In the process of using the laminator, it is easy to appear various types of problems. We should check the problem in time so as not to damage the machine. The following will describe how to adjust the laminator when it occurs off-wear.


When eccentric wear occurs, it is necessary to check the matching accuracy of piston and cylinder liner, and take measures to prevent eccentric wear in design and production. When replacing the seal ring, safety is very important and should be kept clean and free of foreign bodies. Before operation, the "thimble" at the four corners of the support plate (lower beam) should be firmly supported. First remove the pressure rings, and then use a wire hook to hook the seals out one by one and replace them with new ones.


If part of the gas leaks, electric welding must be used. After welding, test the water pressure (the pressure is 1.2-1.4 times the steam pressure), and make the welding repair proceed smoothly. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be replaced.


Seal ring "flanging", check and replace, and check the steps and reasons. Replace in strict accordance with the original size.


Most of the seals in the laminator use asbestos packaging. At high temperatures, asbestos filler is used for a long time, and gas leakage will occur after hardening. On the market, spherical joints and polytetrafluoroethylene seals are very good, and seals can generally be used for about a year. When replacing the sealing ring, the ring behind the ball should be cut off at an Angle of 45°, but it will not affect the sealing effect.


Different sizes and incomplete slabs cannot be used on the laminator. Because of this requirement, the fiberboard must be pressed directly with the liner, which has the advantage of condensing steam in the machine when not in use, thereby preventing internal corrosion. Part (or all) of the laminator is not hot, indicating that the internal passage is blocked. Or the channel has a "short circuit" phenomenon.


The "short circuit" phenomenon in the channel is caused by the original fixed "plug" in the laminator channel being removed (moved), and occasionally due to serious corrosion, which needs to be checked. After the exhaust, the temperature cannot return to normal, and a special deep-hole drill is required to open the channel for inspection.

1, the effect of discharge tension on the material belt


Under normal circumstances, the tension of the material has little influence on the material belt, and the material belt is pulled back and the balance is maintained in the case of fixed discharge, the material belt tension plays a fixed role in supporting the material belt and the direction of the material. If the material extensibility is good, it will cause wrinkling and other phenomena in the composite process, such as PE protective film, OPP, mesh film. In this case, we try to use the most traction under the natural discharge state, that is, the minimum tension (basically rely on the automatic pulling force of the material belt).


2. Fit tension


The fitting tension is basically the same as the discharging tension, which is the direction of the moving force, so it has little effect as the discharging tension.


3, compound roller pressure


The force is the pressure in the vertical direction of the material, the effect of the pressure, directly hinder the direction of the material belt, if the internal pressure is not uniform, there will be uneven resistance in the material bandwidth, which affects the vertical material of the material belt continuous deviation, the material belt compound uneven phenomenon.


4, the influence of suction plate suction on the material belt


Since the suction of the air suction plate is a force that acts on a single side perpendicular to the direction of the material, the influence on the resistance will be reduced by half during the feeding process, and because the suction of the air suction plate is a uniform force, the influence on the vertical composite of the material is limited.
