2. Open the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check whether the oil level and pressure gauge of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable.
3. Open the pneumatic closure valve (set on the intake pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet), check whether the air pressure is correct (not less than 6.0bar) and stable.
2. Set control
1. Set the slitting menu according to the film type, thickness, length and width arranged by the slitting plan.
2. Lift the corresponding BOPP film file from the PDF.
3. Set the winding length and width of the corresponding specification film.
4, select the corresponding winding station, adjust the press roller arm and press roller, install the corresponding specifications of the paper core.
Third, feeding, through the film and film
1. Feeding: According to the requirements of the cutting plan, according to the operating rules of the driving, according to the actual situation, lift the corresponding master coil on the aging frame, place it on the coiling frame of the cutting machine according to the internal and external direction of the corona surface, and clamp the steel core with the control button to leave the steel core support arm and the driving.
2, through the film: when there is no film on the scuttling machine, the film must be worn. By using the film penetrating device and function key of the scuttling machine, one end of the original film is tied to the ring eye of the film penetrating chain, and the film penetrating button is activated to make the film evenly distributed on each roll along the scuttling process.
3, film: When there is a film on the slitter and the coiling joint is changed, the vacuum film splicing table is used to start the film splicing table to the working position first. The film on the first traction roll of the slitter is flattened manually and the upper vacuum pump is activated to absorb the film, so that the film is smoothly adsorbed on the film splicing table, the double-sided tape is pasted and the excess film under the tape is cut off. The film on the winding rack is flattened and the lower vacuum pump is started to adsorb the film smoothly. Remove the paper layer and smooth the adhesive film, the joint should be neat and wrinkle-free, then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pump, and turn the film plate on to the non-working position.
Four, boot operation
1, change the specifications, the inner and outer winding arms good paper core, the press roller is ready to run when notifying all personnel to leave the machine, ready to run.
2. Put the ANTI-STAIC BARS on the main operating platform in AUTO, READY TO RUN, and start the MACHINE RUN.
Five, cutting control
In the process of scuttling operation, carefully monitor and observe the scuttling effect, and properly adjust and control the scuttling speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure, curved roller, edge traction roller, and guide edge.
6. Receiving materials
1. When the machine stops running after the winding of the inner and outer ends, put the film on the prepared unloading car by using the unloading button, cut the film and stick the film roll with sealing adhesive.
2, use the chuck release button to release the card head, check whether each film roll paper core away from the paper core, if one end is still stuck on the paper core, manually remove the film roll.
3. Make sure that all the film leaves the chuck and is placed on the trolley, use the film loading button to raise the winding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and attach the film neatly to the paper core for the next slitter.
7. Parking
1. When the film roll runs to the set length, the device automatically stops.
2, During the operation of the equipment, according to the need, you can press MACHINE STOP to stop.
3, when you need to STOP quickly, press the MACHINE STOP key for more than 2S.
4, when equipment or human accidents and other EMERGENCY state, press the EMERGENCY STOP emergency stop.
Viii. Precautions
1. Ensure that the voltage, current and hydraulic equivalent are correct and stable before starting.
2. Before the equipment is ready for operation, all personnel must inform to leave the equipment to ensure personal safety before starting operation.
3. When the cutting machine is running, do not touch the film roll or roll core in operation with your hand, so as not to involve your hand and cause personal injury.
